Tatsuriki Brewery went in search of the very best Yamada Nishiki rice quality to brew a Junmai Daiginjo of the highest quality. The search began first for the best soil. Then the brewery began carefully cultivating the highest quality Yamada Nishiki from Akitsu, District Special A, Hyogo Prefecture itself. A jewel was created, a Junmai Daiginjo of the extra class. Matured at minus temperatures for at least 5 years.
